Bridget blends her business, technology, and public relations background with a passion for teamwork and dynamic co-creation. As a certified team coach practitioner, Bridget empowers individuals, teams, and companies with the guidance, tools, and encouragement to use communication to create stronger connections, amplify creativity and innovation, and reach more meaningful goals. 

When she's not studying or designing collaborative communication strategies, Bridget can be found drinking coffee, planning adventures, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Charlie, their three boys, Miles, Dylan, and Louis, and Kirby the Cavapoo.
