Engaged Stewardship of community Health and Wellbeing - Even in crisis
It takes fortitude to claim ownership of the health your community dreams about and deserves. We help communities build a Suprcommunity platform that works for Members lives and families - no matter what stage of life that may be.
We help take the burden from Heath Centre Managers and administrators who are responsible for accessing health services with assistance in recruiting medical professionals who align with your traditional culture and values. And, most importantly, meet the needs of Elders who are worthy of human touch.
Empowering Indigenous telecare Needs
Suprcommunity care is the empowering framework that Indigenous communities need to achieve parity in access to health care - even in crisis. It puts power in the community's hands to take control of their health and wellbeing.
Through our unique approach, we utilize Community Health Needs and Suprcommunity Team Readiness Assessments to help communities identify and overcome healthcare barriers. Our expertise lies in facilitating the recruitment of providers who value and promote whole-person treatment for chronic diseases, mental health, and the delivery of allied health services - often starting with virtual care.
Our technology partners deeply respect and honour Indigenous history and culture. This respect is most evident in our Patient Intake process, which encourages patients to share their Life Story, not just their Health History. Through AI, Elders' Life Stories can be translated into Indigenous language, becoming powerful, documented journeys that inform physicians of
multiple impacts on health and wellbeing. This approach respects community culture and provides a wealth of knowledge to future generations.
Our culturally rich process instills a sense of pride and ownership in a collective effort, preserving history and creating a new legacy of wellbeing, all on the community's terms.
Funder presentations & Proposals
In this awakened time of truth and reconciliation funding, Indigenous communities are able to claim access to the quality of healthcare they deserve. We help communities build their case with a strong Supercommunity TeleCare Implementation presentation to funders. Your administrators present community needs with a solid budget, community engagement plan, implementation plan, change management and reporting structure that ensures members have a voice in how they gain access to continuity-based health services and funders are assured of successful health outcomes.
In-Community TeleCare Job Creation
Gaining trust for Supercommunity adoption requires a considerate process that acknowledges historical trauma, prioritizes cultural safety, and emphasizes community engagement. We must also recognize and address current barriers to technology access and digital health literacy, as these can lead to a deepening divide in life and career opportunities.
By ensuring that Indigenous voices are at the forefront of Supercommunity design, we create new in-community job training for women and youth, a transformative force for equal opportunity in the community.
Liaisons and TeleMentors, inspired by their cultural enthusiasm, technical skills, and confidence, transition their communities with continuity-based virtual care services that save lives. Their leadership instills reassurance and trust in the community's legacy of wellbeing.
