The FEMigarch manifesto: For too long, we have tolerated "oligarchs" who build walls, control IT resources without guardrails, and hoard profit and wealth for the few, while global humanitarian needs skyrocket.
We are rewriting the rules.
FEMigarchs are grassroots changemakers who anchor stability to protect and care for those most vulnerable. We are the mothers and grandmothers who manage daily chaos, the retired nurses who understand systemic triage, the teachers and social workers who know how to rebuild broken social fabric, and the political, technical and businesswomen who focus on sustainable, long-term impact.
There are so many of us that we can't begin to count the ways our contributions have been ignored.
