For too long, we have tolerated "oligarchs" hoarding wealth, building walls and controlling IT resources without guardrails for the profit of the elite few, while global humanitarian needs skyrocket. We are rewriting the rules.
FEMigarchs are grassroots leaders who curate community care and anchor stability to protect and care for the vulnerable. We are the mothers who manage daily chaos, the retired nurses who understand systemic triage. The teachers and social workers who know how to rebuild broken social fabric, and the political, technical, and businesswomen who focus on sustainable, long-term impact rather than rapid profit maximization.
